- You are fluent in German and French. Great if you speak more languages.
- A basic knowledge of English is required for internal communication.
- You are customer and quality-oriented.
- You have excellent communication skills and are capable of building and maintaining relationships with customers from various industries.
- Enthusiastic and motivated to quickly learn new things and expand skills.
- Good computer knowledge.
Your job duties
- Customer support via ticket system and phone.
- Quotation calculation.
- Order definition and processing.
- Management of customer master data.
- Complaints processing.
- Communication interface between various departments.
- Managing the French and German market

The company is located in an industrial park in Föhren, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. We are easily accessible via the directly connected A1 motorway. Nearby major towns include Trier and Wittlich.A new, state-of-the-art building, including a production hall, within the same industrial park is currently under construction. Completion is scheduled for the summer of 2027.
